Erin joined The Menges Group in 2025 after earning her bachelor’s degrees in Public Policy and Spanish from the University of Virginia. She brings experience from the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority, Habitat for Humanity Virginia, and a prior internship with The Menges Group. These experiences fostered her passion for the intersection of health, housing, and economic policy. At The Menges Group, Erin supports client projects across both the data and procurement practices.
