Anya joined The Menges Group as an intern in 2026 while completing a Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in Health Policy at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She is passionate about advancing health equity and improving healthcare access and quality for underserved populations.
Prior to her work in healthcare, Anya was a member of Teach For America, where she taught high school biology in the Bronx. Through this experience, she developed an interest in the social and structural factors that influence health outcomes and educational opportunity. Anya holds bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Global Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
