Manisha Gupta joined The Menges Group in 2019 after graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she focused on Health Policy Analysis and Evaluation. She brings extensive experience supporting large‑scale state Medicaid initiatives, with a particular emphasis on strategic RFP and procurement support for Medicaid managed care organizations.
Manisha has contributed to several policy engagements, supporting both analytic development and policy interpretation.
In addition, Manisha leads The Menges Group’s Medicaid quality data workstream where she supports comparative plan performance analyses and quality benchmarking across Medicaid programs.
Manisha also brings varied experience across the nonprofit, public, and private health sectors, where she has provided programmatic and analytic support at multiple levels.
