Allison Haley

Allison Haley is an independent consultant with over 16 years of Medicaid and Medicare consulting experience. She has worked with The Menges Group since 2020, supporting Medicaid managed care procurements across the country. Allison was previously Senior Director of Strategy and Analytics for UPMC’s Community HealthChoices managed long-term services and supports (MLTSS) plan as well as a consultant with The Lewin Group for over a decade working with state Medicaid agencies and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
