Grace joined The Menges Group in 2019. She specializes in bid strategy, proposal development, and strategic project management for Medicaid managed care procurements. She supports national health plans in developing competitive, compliant submissions that advance healthcare access, delivery, and equity in their local programs. Grace also leads key components of the firm’s Data Practice, overseeing datasets that are used to assess national pharmacy utilization and inform Medicaid policy. She has contributed to more than 50 company publications.
Before joining The Menges Group, Grace worked at the World Health Organization Regional Office in Manila, Philippines, as well as U.S.-based nonprofit organizations. She holds a Master of Science in Global Health with a concentration in Health Economics and Financing from Georgetown University and a dual bachelor’s degree in Global Health and Psychology from Duke University.
