Grace Williams

Grace is a Managing Consultant at The Menges Group with a strong commitment to health reform and improving health equity on a national and global scale. Since joining in 2019, she has provided strategic project management and writing support for local and Fortune 500 health plans’ Medicaid managed care procurements. Grace also plays a lead role in the Data Practice and oversees the development and use of datasets to evaluate the financial and policy implications of a pharmacy carve-out and shape states’ Medicaid programs. She has developed and contributed to more than 50 company publications, including numerous 5 Slide Series that analyze the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States and internationally. Prior to joining The Menges Group, Grace obtained a Master of Science degree in Global Health with a concentration in Health Economics and Financing from Georgetown University and a dual B.A. from Duke University in Global Health and Psychology. She has previous experience working with international and domestic non-profit organizations, including the World Health Organization Regional Office in Manila, Philippines and Share Our Strength in Washington, DC.
