Grace is a Senior Consultant at The Menges Group with a strong commitment to health reform and improving health equity on a national and global scale. Since joining in 2019, she provides strategic project management and writing support for local and Fortune 500 health plans’ Medicaid managed care procurements. Grace also plays a lead role in the Data Practice and oversees the development and use of datasets to evaluate the financial and policy implications of a pharmacy carve-out and shape states’ Medicaid programs. She has developed and contributed to more than 50 company publications, including numerous 5 Slide Series that analyze the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States and internationally. Prior to joining The Menges Group, Grace obtained a Master of Science degree in Global Health with a concentration in Health Economics and Financing from Georgetown University and a dual B.A. from Duke University in Global Health and Psychology. She has previous experience working with international and domestic non-profit organizations, including the World Health Organization Regional Office in Manila, Philippines and Share Our Strength in Washington, DC.
