Melissa Atlas

Melissa joined The Menges Group in 2026, bringing varied experience in Medicaid managed care business development, strategy, and operations, as well as healthcare services and policy research. Prior to joining The Menges Group, she held multiple roles within Humana’s Medicaid line of business, where she provided strategic support for business development initiatives and led cross-functional strategy and implementation efforts for primary care value-based payment programs across Humana’s Medicaid markets. Melissa is deeply committed to strengthening the healthcare system for populations with the greatest need. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from Oberlin College. She brings both her professional experience and passion for impact to The Menges Group’s Medicaid procurement practice.
