Michelle Gogerty

Michelle Gogerty has been a Director at The Menges Group since January 2024, leveraging over two decades of leadership experience in healthcare. She has held significant roles at various Fortune 500 Managed Care Organizations and the leading Maternal and Child Health Research Foundation, March of Dimes. As a clinical strategy leader, Michelle has pioneered multiple initiatives to enhance care coordination, improve clinical outcomes, and advance health equity within the government healthcare sector. Some of her notable achievements include co-creating integrated value-based care programs for over 25 Medicaid health plans and spearheading a perinatal population health strategy that broadly improved access to care in rural communities. At the March of Dimes, she directed strategies that substantially reduced preterm birth rates and enhanced access to prenatal and postpartum care. Her efforts also effectively shaped public policy to better support vulnerable populations across multiple states. Michelle is an adept change manager and expert in organizational growth who mentors emerging leaders, provides executive coaching, and builds high-functioning teams. She holds a Master’s Degree in Health Leadership with a focus on Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University.
