Mint Dalton

Consultant

Mint joined the Menges Group in 2024 after graduating from Harvard School of Public Health with her Master of Public Health in health policy. While pursuing her MPH, she provided policy research, advocacy and fundraising strategy support to the Health Equity Compact, a coalition of leaders of color working to eliminate racial health disparities by advancing structural change in Massachusetts. Prior to the Health Equity Compact, she worked at Planned Parenthood affiliates in California, working on strategic internal and external initiatives to protect and expand access to sexual and reproductive health care.  Her passion for addressing the health care needs of marginalized populations was sparked at University of California Santa Barbara, where she received her BA in Global Studies with a minor in Feminist Studies.

Mint brings the skills and expertise gained through her diverse experience across multiple sectors (health care, government, non-profit) to provide strategic Medicaid procurement support at the Menges Group. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors in nature or discovering new music.
