Mint Dalton (she/her) is a summer associate with the Menges Group. She is currently pursuing her Master in Public Health in Health Policy at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She aims to complete a Concentration in Maternal and Child Health and has a strong commitment to addressing and eliminating health disparities affecting historically marginalized groups. Prior to Harvard, Mint gained six years of non-profit experience in the sexual and reproductive health care field in California. Most recently, she helped advance the mission of her local Planned Parenthood affiliate by spearheading strategic organizational initiatives such as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion task force. Mint’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Santa Barbara, where she majored in Global Studies with a minor in Feminist Studies. This interdisciplinary foundation has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the complex social, cultural, and political dynamics that influence health outcomes and disparities across diverse populations.
