What We Do

The Menges Group helps our clients win state Medicaid procurements, meaning we help our clients exist. We assist with several procurements annually, and the majority of our clients not only earn a contract award, they score first or second.

We assist organizations in making optimal use of their own data, and invest heavily in developing our own data sets to support client work. We work with our clients to quantify and track health disparities, identify accomplishments and improvement opportunities, evaluate prior initiatives, and to better target care coordination activities.  We help put MCOs’ existing data to optimal use and help strengthen their data capture capabilities in areas such as social determinants of health.

Our in-house databases consolidate information on MCO quality and financial performance, Medicaid prescription drug usage and costs, and Medicaid enrollment.

We deliver operational support to Managed Care Organizations including project management, program design and implementation, and interim staffing. Our in-house team is augmented by dozens of specialized experts, many of whom have served in executive roles at MCOs.  We excel at conducting data analyses, staff interviews, and obtaining external input.
